Information you provide
When you use the starter callback form, we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, case location, any deadline you provide, and your message. We use this information to respond to your request, evaluate whether the firm can assist, and manage intake. Please do not submit sensitive identification numbers or confidential documents through the initial form.
Where forms are processed
The starter form stores inquiries in the firm's website system, where authorized personnel can access them. When a Lawmatics form is displayed instead, information you enter is transmitted to Lawmatics for the firm's intake and lead-management workflow. Lawmatics' own privacy and cookie practices apply to its service.
QR codes and marketing links
When you follow one of our tracking links or QR codes, the website records the campaign, time, general device and browser type, and referring website when available. Approximate country or region may be derived from an IP address using a locally configured location database. The application stores a daily changing pseudonymous value instead of the raw IP address in these marketing records. Server security logs may separately retain IP addresses.
Cookies and analytics
Session cookies support sign-in, form security, and attribution of an inquiry to a marketing link. When configured, Google Analytics runs automatically to help us understand website visits. You can turn it off or back on using Analytics preferences in the footer. Saved opt-outs and a browser's Global Privacy Control signal keep analytics disabled. Embedded third-party forms may use their own cookies and browser storage.
Access and service providers
Authorized firm staff and IT administrators have access according to their roles. Hosting, email, analytics, and intake providers may process information needed to supply their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights and security. Information submitted for a callback is not an automatic signup for unrelated marketing messages.
Retention and choices
The firm retains inquiries as needed for intake, applicable legal duties, and legitimate recordkeeping. IT manages retention and deletion. Contact the firm using the information below to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal or professional reasons. This website does not claim that internet transmission or storage is completely risk-free.
Changes and contact
The firm may update this notice as its services or practices change. Contact details for privacy questions appear below.
